Fumarates
Fumarates are used in the treatment of skin diseases, e.g. psoriasis. The medications in which these ingredients are processed, slow down both the accelerated cell division and the inflammatory activity in the skin. There are also investigations into the workings of Fumarates in relation to Multiple Sclerosis and other related disorders.
Lab Ofichem produces the following Fumarates: Dimethyl Fumarate, Monoethyl Fumarate, Calcium monoethyl Fumarate, Magnesium Monoethyl Fumarate and Zinc Monoethyl Fumarate.
Lab Ofichem has an ASMF available for all of these products (except Monoethyl Fumarate).
The production work follows the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices ICH Q7.
